Uh... why are we watching Batman shave? How is this interesting? It didn't convince me to plop down my hard earned money for this film, that's for sure. Also, "Three S's" refers to shit, shower and shave! You probably learned more with that than the clip.

The clip features Bruce Wayne ... shaving. And then suddenly discovering he's had a stealth visit from Deadman, who has left a message with no room for interpretation.
