This September 19 sees the release of Roman Dirge’s THE BLOODY BEST OF LENORE - a selection of Lenore's funniest and most manically silly adventures collected together for the first time in a special hardcover edition! Celebrating 25 glorious years of Lenore: The Cute little Dead Girl, this fantastic collection comes with a brand-new cover by creator Roman Dirge, and includes a stunning embossed 4-D cover!

Eisner-winning Roman Dirge created the black comedy comic character Lenore in 1992 for the San Diego alternative magazine Xenophobe, and the character of Lenore has since become a publishing phenomenon with comic books and graphic novels, and even animation, with Sony creating 26 flash-animated shorts of Lenore for their website, ScreenBlast. Inspired by the poem "Lenore" by Edgar Allan Poe, Dirge’s Lenore comics books has garnered a passionate fanbase over the years as well as celebrity fans including Neil Gaiman (American Gods) and Rosario Dawson (Sin City).
