Kurt Sutter can write a mean TV show, but he’s not a fucking comic book writer and shouldn’t pretend to be one. Aside from not understanding the medium, the pacing, the format of comic books, he’s clearly floating out ideas that Hollywood has passed on.

The reason I say that is that our main character is ex-military kills a family with his car and then tries to commit suicide. After that, he goes to work for demons… like two fucking sets of them. Jokes on us, there’s only hell… just two different flavors or some shit. The pacing of this series was terrible and the main character an unlikeable douchebag. Just because you’re a big deal in TV doesn’t mean we want to read your comic, but fuck do I know since he’s doing another. Easy money if you don’t need the money.
