There were a lot of uninspired anime’s out there this year. I’ll even go as far as to say that I couldn’t remember all of them to put them on this list. Myriad Colors Phantom World stuck with me because it shared a lot of elements with something like Konosuba, but without any of the charm.

The gist is that people have unique powers to defeat yokai. Yay. They go to school. Yay, so different. There’s a group that sucks at it and they team up to get exquisite at it… never been done before. One of them loses her clothes regularly, and the dude probably has all the ladies fall in love with him. It was shit. Nothing about it was unique or interesting. The characters sucked, the voice acting was phoned in. It was just a boring average mess of blah. If I weren't making this list, I would have put it out of my mind forever where it belongs.
